LAS VEGAS, NV - On the last day of the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show, there were still plenty of hot electronics and applications to check out.

Topping the list, an eye-controlled computer made by tobii. You don't have to use your hands at all. The pointer follows your eye movement. It works with invisible light reflecting from your eyes.
It isn't available to computer manufacturers yet, but the company hopes to have it in high-end electronics within the next two years.
Equally impressive, on the human side, is a 13-year-old girl from St. Louis making jewelry from recycled computer parts.
Taylor Burghard launched her company, TekChick, in her family's basement. The jewelry ranges from necklaces to earrings to keychains. Burghard mostly uses character buttons from Apple keyboards.
Popular words or phrases include "Love," "GR8 Mom," and "I ctrl U". You can also have TekChick customize a piece for you. All orders go through Burghard's website, TekChick Designs. The earrings cost $12.95.
Other gadgets and apps checked out were Samsung's .5 inch- thin laptop, a cellphone watch by I'm Watch and and app that monitors your driving and tells you when you're too close, drifting lanes or speeding.
