The
award-wining Sterling's Seafood and Steak House inside the Silver
Legacy is the ultimate fine dining experience. The rich burgundy colors
and massive dark cherry wood wine case sets off a dramatic entrance,
while the candlelit tables and romantic booths adorned with drapes
create an elegant ambiance.
The menu features the highest
quality steak prepared on a mesquite wood fired broiler, seafood, veal
and poultry. Table-side dishes such as hot flaming spinach salad or
cherries jubilee are a feast for the eyes. The regular Sunday champagne
brunch is raved about, and live jazz entertainment and wine and fine
liquor pairing meals are offered occasionally.
