  • SACRAMENTO- On Tuesday, Governor Jerry Brown vetoed Senate Bill 28 that would have toughened penalties for repeat offenders of the no texting and driving law. The bill also would have added a point to your drivers record for repeat offenders.

    We wanted to know what you think it will take to curb behavior when it comes to texting and driving and many of you told us tougher penalties, including even jail time.
