Texting or talking on the phone without a hands free device is against the law and can lead to unnecessary and sometimes deadly crashes. April is national distracted driving month and News10, along with the Office of Traffic Safety, Nor Cal Honda and the California Highway Patrol urge you to take part and help us make our streets safer by taking the pledge not to text and drive.
